Flyxly Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply to Flyxly Pro, an optional auto-renewable subscription available within the Flyxly app. They supplement the general Humanova Apps Ltd Terms of Use.

Flyxly Pro

Flyxly Pro unlocks additional features within the Flyxly app for the duration of an active subscription.

The available subscription period, current price and any introductory offer are shown within the app and by the Apple App Store or Google Play before you confirm your purchase. Prices may vary by country or region.

Billing

Subscriptions are purchased and billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.

Humanova Apps Ltd does not receive or store your full payment-card information.

Payment is charged to your platform account when the purchase is confirmed.

Automatic Renewal

Flyxly Pro is an auto-renewable subscription.

Unless you cancel the subscription, it will automatically renew for another subscription period and the applicable subscription price will be charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.

Renewal and billing are administered by the relevant platform provider in accordance with its terms and billing procedures.

Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription

You can manage or cancel Flyxly Pro through the subscription settings associated with your Apple App Store or Google Play account.

Cancelling prevents future renewals. You will normally continue to have access to Flyxly Pro until the end of the subscription period you have already paid for, subject to the rules of the relevant platform provider.

Deleting the Flyxly app does not automatically cancel a subscription.

Free Trials and Introductory Offers

Flyxly may occasionally offer a free trial, introductory price or other promotional subscription offer.

The duration, eligibility conditions and price that will apply after the offer ends will be displayed before purchase.

Unless cancelled before the trial or promotional period ends, an eligible offer may convert to a paid auto-renewable subscription at the price displayed when you subscribed.

Availability and eligibility for promotional offers are determined through the relevant platform provider.

Restoring Purchases

If you reinstall Flyxly or move to another compatible device, you can use Restore Purchases within the app to restore an eligible Flyxly Pro entitlement associated with your platform account.

You will not be charged again simply for restoring an existing eligible subscription entitlement.

Price and Subscription Changes

Humanova Apps Ltd may change the price or features associated with Flyxly Pro.

Where required, price changes will be communicated and/or require consent through the relevant app-store platform.

Changes will not affect any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Refunds

Purchases and refund requests are generally handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play according to their applicable policies.

Nothing in these Subscription Terms limits any statutory rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer law.

Privacy

Use of Flyxly is subject to the applicable Humanova Apps Ltd Privacy Policy.

Payment and subscription information may also be processed by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
